About John Krajc
I was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. Being a larger city and with an entrepreneur carpenter as a father, I learned so much about coexisting with different cultures, how to be open minded, and the value of hard work at a very early age.
My entire childhood vacation time was spent in Myrtle Beach. We spent so much time on the beach, going to area attractions, and enjoying time with the family. Not once did I leave without a feeling of joy and longing to return.
After graduating Radford University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, I made the decision to make Myrtle Beach my home because I saw the city as a mid-Atlantic frontier full of opportunity and potential.
Shortly after moving here, I jumped into service work, getting involved in several nonprofit opportunities to make our city a better place. Then, I became a Realtor, because I believe in property rights and small business as the fabric of a community and saw the chance to complement my vision to make this area a better place. Since then I have also obtained my residential builder license, with a desire to continue my father’s legacy combined with my desire to build strong communities.
I make it a priority to be a resource for people and actively listen so that people know they will have somebody there for them whether in great times or challenging ones.
My promise to you is to always continue my heart for service. That I will lead with my heart while using my knowledge and the knowledge of others to build this community for a better future.
